On Xmas night they had a packed waiting room (during Covid) with orders running 2-3 hours late for pickup. Someone should have stopped accepting orders early in the day. Someone should have called people with orders that could not be filled - they had everyone's cell phone.

Food was pretty good; service not so much. We ordered on the website, got to the restaurant at the designated pick-up time, 45 minutes later. Our order was not ready for ANOTHER 45 minutes. No fortune cookies included. Chicken Fingers were tasty but much smaller than in the past. Hot & Sour Soup was well-seasoned but too thick (too much corn starch?). Other dishes tasted good, especially enjoyed the Eggplant Garlic.

Everything was delicious and ready on time. They seemed to have missed our request that the Kung Pao Tofu be mild. It was not.

The food food here is great! I especially love the potstickers egg drop soup and Mongolian chicken. We have food allergies and they always take such good care of this.

Love the sizzling rice soup - flavorful without being too salty. Shrimp fried rice is generous on the shrimp & the shrimp are just the right one bite size.

The food was good, but took an hour and 15 min. to deliver. We only get an hour for lunch at work so that part wasn't so great. When you order on line it asks if you want steamed or fried rice. Lunch specials come with fried rice, I requested 1 lunch with steamed 1 with friend and was charged additional $2 when order came. Did not show that on my online order total. I paid it because the delivery man didn't understand, but will call in future orders to make sure we are on same page.
